BOOKING POLICY

We love seeing you! But, due to an increase number of last-minute cancellations, no shows, and the high demand on our time, we found it necessary to implement a new booking policy. We kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancelations or changes to your appointment. Running late? We have a 15 min late policy, guests that are more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule or see another stylist available. Please call to make sure your appointment can still be accommodated.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

All deposits go towards service.

  • 1st time - it's on us, life happens.
  • 2nd time - we require 50% of reserved appointment. NON-REFUNDABLE. We hate that you missed your appointment... as a favor, we will only charge you half.
  • 3rd time - we require 100% of reserved appointment. NON-REFUNDABLE. We miss you, but our stylists are in high demand.
  • NO-CALL, NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service amount.

If you cancel 24-hours before appointment, you will not be charged. If your appointment is changed or canceled less than 24-hours, the deposit is redeemed and another deposit will be required to re-book. All appointments that are Keratin Treatments, Hair Extensions, or Corrective Color require 50% of reserved appointment, NON-REFUNDABLE. RETURN POLICY FOR HAIR CARE PRODUCTS

We believe in our products and pride ourselves in our recommendations, but we understand that a product might not match with someone perfectly. If a product is not performing as expected, we offer full exchanges for other products so we can better match our customers with products that work for them. Just bring us the product and your original receipt and we’ll get you set up with another product.

RETURN POLICY FOR BOUTIQUE ITEMS

We offer a full refund for unused and unworn products sold at regular price if brought back within 10 days of purchase. For unused or unworn items sold on sale, we offer exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges for clearance items.
